Dale Chila has spent most of his working life around homes, with 40 years in electrical and 15 years in residential building. After working on projects across the Lower Mainland and beyond, he's now made Ladysmith home and is keeping KEELACO intentionally small: fewer projects, personal involvement and work done properly.

Dale started in the trades over 40 years ago. He spent roughly 15 years building custom homes across the Lower Mainland. KEELACO is intentionally small — Dale takes on a limited number of projects so he can stay personally involved in each one.
If you hire KEELACO, you work with Dale. Not a project manager. Not a crew you've never met. Dale is on site, available by phone, and accountable for the work.
